When to not take this medicine:

  • Hypersensitivity or allergy towards itraconazole.
  • Contraindicated to use atorvastatin, simvastatin, triazolam or midazolam.
  • Not recommended to use during pregnancy.

 

 

How should I take the medicine:

Take this medicine with an adequate amount of water as directed by the physician. Do not take this medicine in small or larger amounts than recommended.

  • Abemaciclib-Major

When these medicines are taken together it may increase the levels of abemaciclib in the blood and may cause side effects like loss of appetite, nausea, visual changes, vomiting, abdominal pain, mouth sores, blood clots, hair loss, or bone marrow dysfunction, etc. Appropriate dose adjustments or suitable alternate medicine may be considered based on the condition.

 

  • Diltiazem-Major
