  • Add a few drops of lemon oil to carrier oil and massage onto the scalp to get rid of dandruff
  • Mix lemon oil with massage oil to combat flu and fatigue

3Eucalyptus Essential Oil

  • If you have cold sores, mix eucalyptus oil, tea tree oil and coconut oil. Apply on cold sores 3-4 times a day

How to use it

  • Use as a massage oil once a week for complete moisturization
  • Winter winds can cause rosy cheeks and flare ups, apply regularly on affected area as it has anti-inflammatory property
  • In case of chapped lips, massage few drops of jojoba oil on the lips or look for lip balms that contain jojoba oil
  • Cracked feet and dry hands are other winter problems. Massage nicely on hands and feet in the night, cover and sleep. 

6Almond oil

  • Make a blend of rosewater and almond oil to use on face as a natural moisturiser
  • Apply almond oil on eyelashes and eyebrows to make it thicker
  • Apply almond oil to scalp and massage twice a week to get rid of itchy and dry scalp
  • Almond oil, when used as massage oil can be useful for muscle relaxation
