- Dim your lights while watching TV. This will help reduce eyestrain
- Adjust the brightness of your computer/laptop and mobile screens so that it is not too bright or dull. You can also manage the font text and size to suit your comfort
- While working on something intensely, make sure the light is coming from behind and not directly hitting your eye

- Warm compress is a great way to relax your eye muscles. To do this, dip a cotton ball or clean cloth in warm water, find a relaxing spot and apply the cloth on your eyes for a minute. Repeat this for at least 3 times for best results.
- Just like the warm compress, you can try the cold-water compress. Cold water improves blood circulation, hence reducing puffiness and fatigue.
