How should i take the medicine:

When these medicines are taken or used together, may affect your kidney function, especially when they are used together frequently or chronicallyIf you experience any signs and symptoms like nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, increased or decreased urination, sudden weight gain or weight loss, fluid retention, swelling, shortness of breath, muscle cramps, tiredness, then inform the doctor on priority.   •  Amlodipine - Minor

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicines. The use of these medicines are contraindicated since they may give serious adverse reactions which may lead to coma or death. Suitable alternatives may be considered based on the condition of the patient.


  • Diphenhydramine - Moderate

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicines. When these medicines are taken or used together, may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. If you experience any signs and symptoms like dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.then inform the doctor on priority. Appropriate dose adjustments may be done, or suitable alternate medicine may be considered based on the condition.


  • Sildenafil - Moderate
