What is this used for:

How should i take the medicine:

Take this medicine with an adequate amount of water as directed by the physician. Do not take this medicine in small or larger amounts than recommended.

Drug interactions:

• Ibuprofen - Moderate

When these medicines are taken or used together may increase the risk of side effects in the gastrointestinal tract such as inflammation, bleeding, ulceration, and rarely, perforationIf you experience any symptoms then inform the doctor on priority. Appropriate dose adjustments may be done, or suitable alternate medicine may be considered based on the condition.

• Aspirin - Moderate

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicines. When these medicines are taken or used together may increase your risk of developing gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding. If you experience any signs and symptoms like sudden dizziness or lightheadedness, nausea, vomiting (especially with blood), loss of appetite, and/or black, tarry stools.then inform the doctor on priority. Appropriate dose adjustments may be done, or suitable alternate medicine may be considered based on the condition.

• Anisindione - Major

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicines. When these medicines are taken or used together,may cause you to bleed more easily. If you experience any signs and symptoms like unusual bleeding or bruising, vomiting, blood in your urine or stools, headache, dizziness, or weakness then inform the doctor on priority. Appropriate dose adjustments may be done, or suitable alternate medicine may be considered based on the condition.

• Apixaban - Major

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicines. When these medicines are taken or used together may increase the risk of bleeding, including severe and sometimes fatal hemorrhage. If you experience any signs and symptoms like unusual bleeding or bruising, or have other signs and symptoms of bleeding such as dizziness; lightheadedness then inform the doctor on priority. Appropriate dose adjustments may be done, or suitable alternate medicine may be considered based on the condition.

• Famotidine - Minor

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicines. The use of these medicines are contraindicated since they may give serious adverse reactions which may lead to coma or death. Suitable alternatives may be considered based on the condition of the patient.

• Nizatidine - Minor

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicines. The use of these medicines are contraindicated since they may give serious adverse reactions which may lead to coma or death. Suitable alternatives may be considered based on the condition of the patient.

Alcohol interactions:

Consumption of alcohol is not recommended while receiving/taking this medicine as it may cause interactions and lead to serious adverse effects and may worsen the health condition
