How should i take the medicine:

  • Nitroglycerin-Major

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicine. When these medicines are taken together it may cause blood pressure to fall excessively, which can lead to cardiovascular collapse. The risk of other side effects such as dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, headache, flushing, heart palpitations, and priapism may also increase. Appropriate dose adjustments may be done, or suitable alternate medicine may be considered based on the condition.

 

  • Abacavir-Major

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicine. When these medicines are taken together Tadalafil may decrease the excretion rate of Abacavir which could result in a higher serum level. Appropriate dose adjustments may be done, or suitable alternate medicine may be considered based on the condition.

 

  • Aceclofenac-Moderate 

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicine. When these medicines are taken together Aceclofenac may decrease the excretion rate of Tadalafil which could result in a higher serum level. Appropriate dose adjustments may be done, or suitable alternate medicine may be considered based on the condition

  • Amlodipine-Minor

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicine. When these medicines are taken together Amlodipine may increase the antihypertensive activities of Tadalafil. Appropriate dose adjustments may be done, or suitable alternate medicine may be considered based on the condition.

  • Alprazolam-Moderate 

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicine. When these medicines are taken together Alprazolam may decrease the excretion rate of Tadalafil which could result in a higher serum level. Appropriate dose adjustments may be done, or suitable alternate medicine may be considered based on the condition.

 

Alcohol interactions:

Consumption of alcohol is not recommended while receiving this medicine as it may cause interactions and lead to serious adverse effects and may worsen the health condition.
