Though Curcumin is obtained mainly from Turmeric, its level in turmeric is just 3% by weight. Researchers say that 1 gm per day of curcumin is good for health, but it’s very difficult to reach up to this level of curcumin just by using turmeric in foods. So, if we want the full benefit of curcumin, we should take its supplement.
