1. How can I contact doctor online?

  1. Download the Medlife App and click ‘Consult a Doctor’ on the menu bar.
  2. Choose to speak to the right specialist from our panel of 1000+ doctors.
  3. You can choose between voice call and video call or simply chat with our experts.
2. How much time will I get to speak with a doctor?

Every patient’ case being different, there is no fixed time. A doctor may diagnose you anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes.

3. How do I pay for the consultation?

You can pay for online doctor consultation using card payment (Credit/Debit), Paytm, MobiKwik and Razorpay.

4. Do I get a receipt for the payment?

Yes. You will receive a payment receipt on you Medlife account once your E-consultation is completed.

5. Do I get a refund in case of cancellation?

Yes. Your amount will be refunded if your E-consultation is cancelled.

6. What if my call gets disconnected during consultation?

If such a thing happens, normally, the doctor will immediately try to re-establish the connection. If that does not happen, then call 8884700000 or email us at customercare@medlife.com and we will get it sorted.

7. Are E-prescriptions valid to buy medicine online or offline?

E-prescriptions are valid to buy medicines online as well as offline. In order to buy medicines from an offline pharmacy, you can take a printout and buy medicines from your local pharmacy with it.
