    Yes, your well-being is our top priority. It is of vital importance to have a valid prescription in order to purchase medicines online from

  • Why do you need the original prescription?

    The need for a valid and doctor’s original prescription while purchasing medicines online is a statutory requirement. In case you want to purchase medication that falls under the category of Schedule X drugs, you will have to submit two copies of the doctor’s prescription. One copy will be retained with us for our records while the other shall be returned after being marked as ‘dispensed’, as required under applicable laws.

  • How do I get back my prescription?

    The original prescriptions shall be returned to you at the time of delivery of your order and the same shall be marked as ‘dispensed’.

  • Will deliver medicines 24*7?

    While we endeavour to deliver the products as per customer convenience, our standard delivery timings are 08:00 Hours to 20:00 Hours on all working days, except for Sunday and Public Holidays.     We have come up with a very simple and convenient process by which you can place your order. Please follow the steps given below:

  • How is my order processed at

    After your order has been received by us, a customer care executive will call you for order confirmation before initiating arrangements to collect the doctor’s prescription from a location convenient to you. The order will then be processed by one of our registered pharmacists post which it shall be delivered to the location provided by you at the scheduled time communicated to you.

  • Can I order medicines which are not in prescription?

    For all orders, a valid prescription by a registered physician is necessary; however, we will proceed with the delivery of your order in cases where a prescription is not necessary for the medications ordered.

  • How many prescriptions Can I order at a time?

    A limit of five prescriptions per order is permitted. However, if there are multiple patients then it is recommended that you place the orders separately.

  • Is it possible to track orders?

    Yes, you will receive constant updates via SMS on your registered phone number that is provided at the time of placing the order. To enquire about the current status of the order, you may also contact customer care at 1860 1234 1234 or WhatsApp 8884700000.

  • Can I schedule my order to be delivered at a time of my convenience?

    Yes. To schedule medicine delivery at your desired time, you need to inform the customer care executive at the time of confirming your order about the convenient time for the delivery of your order.

  • What do I do if some medicines are missing from my delivered package?

    At the time of the delivery, you will be asked to verify the contents of the order and confirm if the products match your order requirements. Should an unlikely situation ever arise where a product is missing from the order, we request you to immediately notify the delivery person right away or call customer care to resolve the issue.

  • My uploaded prescription got rejected. What might be the reasons?
    Your prescription may be rejected in case any of the following details is not mentioned in the prescription uploaded by you. Thus, kindly ensure that the following details are mentioned on your prescription.


    • Date
    • Doctor's Name
    • Doctor's Registration Number
    • Patient's Detail
    • Dosage Information
    • Duration of the Course
    • Strength of the Medicine
    • Signature of the Doctor
      Should you find any of the do’s missing from the prescription, please notify the concerned physician to get your prescription revised and updated.


    • Don’t upload prescription photo copies/scans
    • Don’t upload prescriptions of Doctors not recognised by MCI (viz. BHMS - Homeopathy /BAMS - Ayurveda etc.,)
    • Don’t upload prescriptions which have already been used and stamped as fully dispensed
    • Don’t upload prescriptions which are more than a year old
    • Don’t upload previous bills as a substitute for prescriptions during your fresh purchase of medicines
  • How long will take to deliver my order?

    The orders will be delivered as per the scheduled time communicated at the time of acceptance and confirmation of the order. Usually, the delivery time ranges between 24-48 hours*.

    * All deliveries are subject to availability of stock and submission of valid original prescription

    * Except where the required stocks are not available with Medlife, Mysore, Belgaum, Davanagere, Dharwad, Hubli, Tumkur, Shivamogga, city pincodes and on Sundays (for orders placed after 12 noon on Saturdays)

  • Can I reschedule my delivery? If yes, then when and how?

    Yes, you can reschedule the order delivery by contacting customer care at 1860 1234 1234 or WhatsApp 8884700000.

  • What happens if I am not available at the delivery address?

    If you are not present during the delivery time, the delivery team will call you on the phone number provided at the time of placing the order and schedule a new time and date should the need arise.

  • Is Medlife’s Medicine Delivery available in all cities in India?

    Currently Medlife's online pharmacy is available in most of the places in India. For complete list of delivery locations check this page. We will be starting our services in other cities soon.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    There are multiple payment options available to choose from. The same are mentioned hereunder:

    • For Medicine Online Orders:         An online payment link will be sent to you via SMS. Two options are available: Online payment or by using e-wallet.

      On clicking the link, you will find the available payment options i.e. Razorpay or Payment. You may choose any one option that suits you best. Both the options allow you to make payment by Net-banking, Debit/Credit Cards, E-Wallets or UPI.

      Or you can choose to pay with Mobikwik in which you will be able to pay through Mobikwik wallet.

    • On Delivery: Other options available at your disposal for payment are paying by cash, swiping a debit/credit card or paying through Paytm at the time of delivery.

  • Is there any delivery charge for orders?

    You will be charged a nominal fee of INR 25 (including applicable taxes) for orders with the total value less than INR 200. An invoice will be provided to you detailing the same. Delivery charges are not refundable in case of return of all or any part of your ordered products.

  • When will I know my bill amount?

    The total bill amount shall be intimated to you via SMS once your order is completely packed and ready for delivery. The final order amount is calculated depending on the stock available and the batch numbers of the medicines. The price of the medicine may vary depending on its manufacturing batch. The bill will be calculated based on the price of the batch that is currently available.

  • Can I cancel the order? If yes then when and how?

    Yes, you can cancel your order. To cancel the order, you can login to the app and click on the order that you wish to cancel and click on the cancel option provided there or you can call our customer care team at 1860 1234 1234 or WhatsApp 8884700000.

  • Can I return my order?

    We at Medlife offer you a 30-days return policy, should you feel the need to return the order. You can place the return request within 30 days, starting from the date of delivery of the order. However, the return requests are conditional. To get a better idea, kindly go through Medlife’s Return Policy.

  • How can I place a return request?

    The procedure to place the return request (within 30 days of delivery of the order) is as follows:

    • Step 1: Raise a return request by writing to us or by calling us at 1860 1234 1234 or WhatsApp 8884700000. Please mention the order number, sales invoice number, date, reason for return, name and quantity of items to be returned.
    • Step 2: Once your return request is confirmed, our delivery team will collect the package from your doorstep along with the original sales invoice.
    • Step 3: Your order will be reviewed for eligibility. Refer our Return Policy here.
    • Step 4: Once approved, a refund/replacement will be initiated.
  • Refund Timelines:

    The Refund procedure is based on issuing the refunds to the method of payment that was used at the time of purchase excluding the COD (Cash on Delivery) option. The timeline for various modes of payment has been provided below:

    * The Refund time frame is dependent on the bank turnaround time and also the guidelines set by the RBI, which can vary with time. The business days connotes the working days for the Medlife corporate offices.

  • For Cash on Delivery Orders:

    For orders that were paid using the option of COD, the refund will be made to your concerned bank account through the National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) mode. We need the following details from you in order to issue the refund -

    • Bank Account Number
    • IFSC Code
    • Account Holder's Name
    • Bank Branch
    • Bank Name

    Important: It is not within the purview of Medlife’s policies to allow refunds to be issued to any third-party account. The name given on your Medlife profile needs to be the same as the name of the person holding the account in the bank. If the initial payments were made through a third party account then the refund will also be issued to the very same. NEFT refunds will usually be issued within three working days and will be credited to your account within another two-three working days. Medlife will not be responsible for any delays in refunds that are caused due to reasons pertaining to third-party affiliates (this includes the bank), the customer not providing the information on time, technical glitches or for reasons beyond Medlife’s control.

  • Where can I find Promotional Offers and Coupon Codes?

  • What is a coupon code?

    A coupon code or a promo code is a bonus discount that is applicable in addition to the already existing discounts. These can be redeemed by the user on selected items that are listed and available for purchase on Medlife.

  • Can I use more than one coupon at a time?

    No. The number of coupons per purchase is limited to one.

  • Can a coupon be redeemed more than once?

    Most coupons from Medlife can only be used once. However, if an order is cancelled by Medlife due to the unavailability of medicines or some other reason, you can reuse the promo code.

  • I am seeing an error while applying a coupon. What can be the reason?

    An error message might crop up when the coupon code has become invalid. It can also occur due to the following reasons:

    • On entering the wrong code,
    • If the code has expired or
    • If the code has already been used.

  • In case of any issues with a coupon code, whom should I contact?

  • When will my e-cash points be credited to my account?

    E-cash points shall be credited to the Users account on or before 15 days from the date of successful delivery of the order eligible for the E-cash points provided such order is not cancelled or returned at a later date.

  • Which orders shall be eligible for E-cash points?

    Medlife shall run promotional offers from time to time, under which selected coupon code shall be eligible for E-cash points. The orders that shall be placed using the said coupon codes shall be eligible to receive E-cash points.

  • How many E-cash points will I get?

    Depending on the promotional offer and the order value, the E-cash points shall be calculated. Thus the number of E-cash point shall vary based on the promotional code used and order value.

  • How many E-cash points can I redeem on a single order?

    The E-cash points to a maximum of 5% of the order value will be automatically redeemed on the User’s next order with within such time as Medlife may deem fit.

  • What shall be the validity of the E-cash points credited to my account?

    E-cash points are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of their being credited to the User’s account and are non-transferable, non-saleable, non-exchangeable and can only be redeemed on next purchase with
