How this medicine works:
This medicine reduces the blood pressure by widening the blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II receptors within the body.

Drug interactions:

When these medicines are taken together in combination it may increase the levels of digoxin in blood and may cause side effects like slow pulse, loss of appetite, nausea, visual changes, or irregular heartbeats. Appropriate dose adjustments or suitable alternate medicine may be considered based on the condition.

Missed dose instructions:
Take this medicine as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose skip the dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double dose to make up for the missed dose.
