What is this used for:

How should i take the medicine:

 

Take this medicine with an adequate amount of water as directed by the physician. Do not take this medicine in small or larger amounts than recommended.

 

How this medicine works:

It works by decreasing abnormal electrical activity in the brain.

If you experience any signs and symptoms like Dizziness, Tiredness, Nausea, Vomiting, Tremors then inform the doctor on priority. Appropriate dose adjustments may be done, or suitable alternate medicine may be considered based on the condition.


  • Hydrocodone - Major

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicines. When these medicines are taken or used together may reduce the blood levels of hydrocodone, which may make the medication less effective in treating your pain If you experience any signs and symptoms like watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, yawning, excessive sweating then inform to the doctor on priority. Appropriate dose adjustments may be done, or suitable alternate medicine may be considered based on the condition.

 

  • Ibuprofen- Minor

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicines.When these medicines are taken or used together there may be a chance of occurrence of side effects. It is recommended to inform the use of any medicines to your healthcare provider.   • Methadone - Major

Inform your doctor about the use of either medicines. When these medicines are taken or used together may reduce the blood levels of this medicine, which may make the medication less effective in treating your condition. Alcohol interactions:

 

Consumption of alcohol is not recommended while taking this medicine as it may cause interactions and lead to serious adverse effects like liver damage or liver failure and may worsen the health condition.

 

Food interactions:

 

Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, continue your normal diet.
