How this medicine works:
Benzoyl peroxide acts as an antibacterial, irritant, keratolytic, comedolytic, and anti-inflammatory agent, this helps to prevent pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads on the skin.
Usually, there might not be any side effects while using this medicine but incase if you experience any unusual signs or symptoms like rashes, burning sensation, dry skin, immediately inform your doctor.
Use of this medicine is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant unless absolutely necessary as the safety and efficacy of this medicine is not well established. Inform your doctor about the use of either medicines. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine.

Renal dose adjustments:

Missed dose instructions:
Apply this medicine as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost the time for your next dose skip the dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double dose to make up for the missed dose.
