How should I take the medicine:
This medicine is to be sprayed into the nasal cavity with the applicator provided . It is recommended to not touch the nasal walls with the tip of the applicator while using the spray. Follow the instructions exactly as advised by your doctor. Keep the lid of the applicator closed when not in use.
How this medicine works:
This medicine acts on the receptors of nasal mucosa to reduce blood flow and nasal congestion by constricting the nasal smooth muscle

Animal reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans, but potential benefits may warrant use of the drug in pregnant women despite potential risks.
Lactation warning:
The use of this medicine is not recommended for lactating and breastfeeding mothers unless necessary. Inform your doctor about the use of this medicine. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine.
Renal dose adjustments:
Care must be taken for individuals with kidney disease while taking this medicine. Please discuss appropriate dose adjustments with your doctor. Your doctor may also prescribe a suitable alternative on the basis of creatinine clearance values.

Missed dose instructions:
Take this medicine as soon as you remember. However if it is almost the for your next dose skip the dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double dose to make up for the missed dose.
